ォワードデータを周波数変調した第2のFM信号及びテ
レビジョン放送信号が中央局から伝送されるケーブルと
、 前記ケーブルを介して伝送されて来た信号が第1の方向
性結合器を介して入力さる第1の分配器と、 前記第1の分配器の分配出力端子に接続され、前記テレ
ビジョン放送信号を受信しチャンネル変換するためのコ
ンバータチューナト、 前記コンバータチューナの出力端子が第2の方向性結合
器を介して接続される第1の端子と、前記第2の方向性
結合器に接続され前記第1の端子に入力した変調信号を
復調するための復調器と、 − 前記第1の端子に接続され前記第1の端子に入力した交
換電源を整流するための整流手段と、前記整流手段の出
力を安定化し各種の値の電源を発生するための電源回路
と、 前記電源回路か゛らの電源が入力端子に加えられ、制御
端子に加えられる電源使用指令信号又は電源オフ指令信
号に応じてその入力端子の電源を前記コンバータチュー
ナの電源入力端子に対してオン又はオフするスイット回
路と、 前記復調器の出力データを解読して前記第1の端子に入
力した変調信号が電源オン情報又は電源オフ情報である
ことを応じて前記スイッチ回路に前記電源使用指令信号
又は電源オフ指令信号を加える手段と、 前記第1の端子に一方の端子が接続され他方の端子が加
入者処理ユニット側の第2の端子に接続された引き込み
