咀である。Summary of the invention The invention of this application provides an ultrasonic cleaning method in which an object to be cleaned is immersed in a cleaning liquid in a cleaning tank and precision cleaned using an ultrasonic vibrator, and an ultrasonic cleaning device directly used therefor. It is an invention relating to, in particular, a closed cleaning tank is formed by closely fitting a lid to the frontage of the cleaning tank, and then the cleaning liquid is supplied into the cleaning tank by a fluid pressure transformer such as a compressor, etc. Precise cleaning is performed using the ultrasonic vibration energy of the ultrasonic vibrator, and after the specified cleaning is completed, the cleaning liquid in the cleaning chamber is transferred to the cleaning liquid storage tank by the differential pressure inside the cleaning tank or the like. An ultrasonic cleaning method in which the cleaning liquid adhering to the cleaning object is washed away through a fluid using the pressure difference in a cleaning tank or the like using the fluid pressure transformer after the cleaning liquid has been discharged, and the method is directly applied to the ultrasonic cleaning method. This is related to the ultrasonic cleaning device used.

があった。<Problems with the prior art> In conventional ultrasonic cleaning, for example, cleaning baskets containing lenses to be cleaned are sequentially transported into each cleaning tank for a plurality of fixed cleaning tank groups. However, since the washing basket is moved up and down to carry in and out of each washing tank, the capacity of the washing tank itself must be relatively large. The volume of the cleaning liquid supplied and discharged from the tank also increases, and as a result, it takes a long time to supply and discharge the cleaning liquid, making it possible to eliminate all the dirty cleaning liquid in each cleaning tank for each cleaning.
Since the cleaning liquid is used for a predetermined number of times, dirt tends to reappear on the items to be washed, resulting in a significantly lower cleaning efficiency.

メリットがあった。Furthermore, when a cleaning basket containing cleaned lenses is transported to the next cleaning tank, the dirty cleaning solution remaining on the lenses and the cleaning basket drips onto the new cleaning solution in the next cleaning tank, making the new cleaning solution dirty. This is inconvenient, and furthermore, since the cleaning basket is placed above the inside of the cleaning tank and taken out to the outside for transportation between each cleaning tank, dust and other particles in the outside air tend to adhere to the cleaned lenses. However, there was a disadvantage that the ultra-precision cleaning effect was impaired.

たものである。<Structure of the Invention> In accordance with the above-mentioned object, in addition to the invention of this application whose subject matter is the above-mentioned claims, or in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the object to be washed is transferred to a washing tank by a predetermined means. A closed cleaning tank is formed by fitting the lid body tightly to the opening of the cleaning tank by a predetermined means, and then the sealing is performed through a differential pressure inside the tank such as the M sealed cleaning tank using a fluid pressure transformer such as a compressor. Supplying cleaning liquid from the cleaning liquid storage tank into the cleaning tank, the cleaning basket is immersed in the cleaning liquid, precision cleaning is performed using the ultrasonic vibration energy of the ultrasonic vibrator, and after the specified cleaning is completed, the cleaning liquid is applied to the differential pressure inside the tank. The cleaning liquid is discharged back to the cleaning liquid storage tank through the tank, and then the fluid is switched and supplied to the closed cleaning chamber via the tank pressure difference to wash away the cleaning liquid that has settled on the cleaning object. C. After being discharged to the outside of the sealed cleaning tank, the drying gas is radiated onto the cleaning items through the fluid pressure transformation device to dry them, and the cleaning process is repeated in the sealed cleaning tank to continuously dry the cleaning items. It takes technical measures to wash and dry the product.

Thereafter, the cleaning liquid is supplied into the tight cleaning tank via the pressure difference in the tank, and the object to be washed is washed via the ultrasonic vibration energy of the ultrasonic vibrator. By sequentially supplying fluid and gas to finish cleaning the object to be cleaned, the external air is shut off and the closed cleaning tank is quickly filled with cleaning liquid, making effective use of ultrasonic imaging energy. This provides an efficient and uniform precision device, and also has the excellent effect of being able to clean and finish the cleaning items smoothly and in a short time.
