投入口と、ドラムの下方に設けられ且つ粒状食品の焙煎
時に生じる外皮を収集するためのトレイと、ドラム内の
粒状食品を排出口を介して外部に取り出す取出し口とを
備えた焙煎器に於いて、上記排出口に常閉型のダンパー
を開閉自在に設け、焙煎動作終了時にダンパーを開成す
ると共に、該ダンパーの開成動作後も所定の時間ドラム
