せるようにしたコイルオープナと、上記デフレクタロー
ラと適宜間隔をあけてコイルオープナの中間部に回転自
在に支持したサポートローラと、上記デフレクタローラ
上方に揺動かつ昇降可能に支持して、デフレクタローラ
とサポートローラとの中間位置あるいはデフレクタロー
ラの上方近接位置のいずれかに適宜切換え可能に形成し
たビンチロニラとからなることを特徴とするコイル材巻
