    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）道路又は軌条の側辺部に立設して壁を構成する防
    音パネルで、透光性を有する材料で製作した所望の長さ
    及び厚さを有し、その長手方向の断面形状がＬ字形をな
    しており、該り字形の頂部から底部の先端に亘って各々
    独立した連通孔が密に形成されていることを特徴とする
    防音パネル。
  2. （２）パネル上端の道路又は軌条側を外側より低い斜面
    とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の防音パネル
    。
