Claims (1)
全長にわたり切溝が設けられた本体と、合成樹脂で形成
され頂部に貫通孔を穿設した円錐状の閉塞部およびこの
閉塞部の底部外周に設けられて上記本体の端部外周に嵌
合する筒状の嵌合部を有し上記本体の端部開口部を閉塞
する栓体とを備え、 上記本体は上記切溝を間に挾んだ位置に一対の係合孔を
有し、 上記栓体は上記本体の長手方向に向かう縦方向に２割さ
れるとともに、嵌合部の内側に上記本体の端部内周に沿
う円弧状の嵌合リブが設けられ、かつ、分割された一方
の栓体の嵌合部および他方の栓体の嵌合部に上記本体の
一対の係合孔に対応する挿入孔を穿設した係止部が設け
られており、各挿入孔および各係合孔に挿入される保合
突起を両端部に設けた止め具にて上記本体に係止される
