(Prior art) Structures that are connected to high-speed rotating machinery or equipment that is subject to impact are strongly affected by vibrations, so one of the countermeasures is usually to create a composite structure between two layers of metal plates that suppresses vibrations. A composite plate with a resin layer interposed is applied, and when this composite plate is formed into a cylindrical shape according to the purpose, or when two flat composite plates are connected, the composite plate is used as shown in Fig. Connect the plate ends a and b directly to each other and make a short circuit connection C between the metal plates.

doing. However, this spot welding W
Because they are not all welded together, there is a slight gap between the mating surfaces q, so if water gets wet, the water will seep into that gap and cause jostling, which will reduce the strength of the joint. There is a problem. In an attempt to solve this problem, some methods use spot welding by interposing a sheet-like synthetic resin plate prepared in advance on the mating surface when joining two composite plates, but this increases cost and man-hours. for,
There is also the problem that it is undesirable from the viewpoint of productivity, and there are still issues to be solved.

(Object of the Invention) In view of the above-mentioned problems of the conventional art, the present invention has been developed so that the joint of composite plates can be easily joined, there is no difference in level after joining, and the gap at the joint can be sealed with molten resin during welding. It is an object of the present invention to solve the above-mentioned problems by doing as follows.

(Structure of the Invention) The method for manufacturing a composite plate of the present invention provides a method for manufacturing a composite plate in which a synthetic resin layer is interposed between two metal plates. A plurality of the steps are provided, and each of the stepped portions is stacked on top of the other such that the stepped portion synthetic resin layer is interposed between the stepped portion metal plates, and then a short circuit is provided between the metal plates at the stepped portion of the rain plywood. By pressing an electrode against the metal plate of the stepped portion and performing welding, the synthetic resin layer is melted by welding heat, and the molten resin joins and seals the plywood after rain.

First, a portion 6 of the metal plate A on one side of the end of the composite plate 1 is removed to form a stepped portion 2 consisting of two layers, the stepped portion metal plate 7 and the stepped portion synthetic resin layer 8. In addition, in this example, a case is described in which the metal plate on either side of the laminated composite plate 1 is removed to form the stepped portion 2, but instead of this, when manufacturing the composite plate 1, The lamination molding 1 may be performed with the metal plate 3 on one side offset from the edge 9 of the composite plate 1 by the length necessary to form the stepped portion 2.

As a result, the synthetic resin layer 5 at the stepped portion 2 a * 2 b is connected to both sides of the synthetic resin layer 5 a + - 5 b
Since the thickness is reduced to almost the same as that of the composite plate 1 a
As shown in FIG. 3, the slb joint is formed in an appearance with almost no steps.
