の後端縁１９との間に、頭部ケース１ｂおよび握り部ケ
ース１ａの相対回動を許す隙間２０が形成され、該隙間
２０は頭部ケース１ｂが上向き傾斜姿勢に変えたときも
残存するように該隙間２０の寸法が大きい目に設定され
