ン35とにより前記電線側ホーンユニット31を構成し
て、バインド線6の上から絶縁電線5に装着するととも
に、 前記接地物と接地側ホーン26との間には、該接地側ホ
ーン26を上下方向及び水平方向に位置調節する垂直可
動部に1及び水平可動部に2を介在させ、さらに前記接
地側ホーン2.6には電線側ホーン35との対向側に突
