客兼用自動車の要部を示すもので、前席及び後席を折り
畳んだ状態を想像線で示した拡大図である。第２図乃至
第１３図は本考案の実施例を示す。第２図は本機構を設
けた車両の概容側面図、第３図は前席を折り畳み後席を
回動起立させた状態の車両の概容側面図、第４図は前席
の斜視図、第５図はリクライニング機構の分解斜視図、
第６図は前席の要部の側面図、第７図はロック機構の分
解斜視図、第８図は第７図に示したロック機構の施錠状
態を示す斜視図、第９図は後席の斜視図、第１０図は後

後席Ｃの各々゛の座部４及び３６に対し各々の背部５及
び３７を起伏自在に取り付けた貨客兼用自動車に於いて
、前席Ｂには前脚１４の上端を前席Ｂの座部４に対しま
た前脚１４の下端を床１５（二対し、更に後脚２２を座
部４の後部に対し、夫々回動自在に軸支し、後脚２２の
水平部２２ａには後脚２２を床１５に対して係脱するロ
ック機構Ｅを設け、前記後席Ｃの座部３６に前脚４０を
回動固定自在に軸支すると共に前脚４０の下端を折曲機
構Ｆを介して前席Ｂ寄りに回動起立固定自在に床１７に
対して連繋させて、後席Ｃの背部３７を座部３６上に折
り畳んだまま前席Ｂ側に回動起立可能にしたことを特徴
とする貨客兼用自動車に於ける運転席後方の座席の折曲
