で作業性が悪く、さらに、シャーシ本体とシャーシ部材
が別ピースとして管理されるので部品管理が大変頃頚で

電気部品等を取付け、紐立ラィン上で分離するようにす

機器等の金属シヤーシの製造方法。 (イ) シヤーシ本体1に穿孔部1aを設けるとともに
、当該穿孔部1aに上記シヤーシ本体1に連接するシヤ
ーシ部材2を一体に形成する工程。 (ロ) 上記シヤーシ本体1とシヤーシ部材2の境界部
分において、1個以上の連接部3を残して他の部分を切
断するとともに当該連接部3を伸長し、かつ当該連接部
3を介してシヤーシ部材2をシヤーシ本体1に連接した
状態で保持する工程。(ハ) 上記連接部3を圧縮して
シヤーシ部材2とシヤーシ本体1の切断端面が対向近接
