、２３−ａ、２３ｂ、３３ａ、３３ｂはプレート、２５
，３５はバルブ接合部材、３６は固定用リングである。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 圧力を受けて変位するダイアフラムとシール部材である
    バルブを組合せた複合構造のダイアフラム弁において、
    耐摩耗性及び耐永久歪性に優れたゴム材質で形成したバ
    ルブと、低温域から高温域まで硬度変化の少ないゴム材
    質で形成したダイアフラムとを、上記両ゴム材質に対し
    て化学的悪影響を与えない接合部材を媒体として結合し
    、かつ上記ダイアフラムの膜面の柔軟性を利用してパル
    ”ブが揺動自在な状態にダイアフラム膜面のみを保持す
    るプレート部材を備えたことを特徴とするダイアフラム
    弁。
