とにより該ジャバラ状中空体の他端部を変位させるよう
にした負圧アクチュエータにおいて、前記負圧供給管の
先端の開口部に環状の弾性シール体を取付けると共に当
該先端部を前記ジャバラ状中空体の中に所定長さ突出さ
せ、前記他端部内面が前記負圧供給管の先端と当接し前
記開口部を開閉させるようにしてなる負圧アクチ゛
