Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 流体の通過する円管状のケーシングと、該ケーシング内
    の上流側および下流側に適宜の間隔を距で対峙して配設
    され、上記流体が絞られて通過する貫通穴を形成する上
    流側および下流側のオリフィス板とを有する減圧装置に
    おいて、上記上流側のオリフィス板の下流側に位置する
    上記ケーシングの内周面に、吸音材を介して多孔円筒管
    を挿設したことを特徴とする減圧装置。
