フロートの前記浮きあがりにより前記エア抜き通路を閉
鎖する弁を備えたフロート装置を設けてなり、前記液面
の上昇による前記フロート装置の設定レベル以上の浮き
あがりにより、前記弁が閉鎖するべくしたことを特徴と
