センサを配したセンサユニットと、多数本の光ファイバ
ーとを有し、全ての光ファイバーの一端を一つに束ねて
光源ユニットに接続し、単一の光源から発した光が全て
の光ファイバーに入射するようにすると共に、各光ファ
イバーの他端をセンサーユニット側の被測短周光センサ
と一対一に対応した状態で光学的に結合したことを特徴
