DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Field of Industrial Application The present invention relates to a water heater that has a built-in electric pump and automatically controls the amount of hot water supplied. There have been references to water heaters (both boiling water and keeping warm), but most of them have a built-in manual air pump, and the diaphragm of the air pump is manually operated to reach the required amount of hot water. . In order to improve this, a few devices with a built-in electric air pump have been put into practical use.

However, conventional electric air pumps with built-in electric air pumps were particularly inconvenient when making coffee with a filter-type coffee brewer because the amount of hot water supplied per unit time varied depending on the amount of water remaining in the water heater.

OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION In view of the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks, it is an object of the present invention to provide a water heater in which the amount of hot water supplied per unit time does not fluctuate in large amounts depending on the amount of water remaining in the water heater.

Structure of the Invention In order to achieve the above object, the water heater of the present invention includes: an electric pump and a hot water supply pipe for pumping out hot water from inside; a water detection means for detecting the passage of hot water in the hot water supply pipe; and the electric pump. a time calculating means for calculating the time from the start of operation to detecting the passage of hot water, and a pump control means for controlling the capacity of the electric pump according to the time such that a pre-instructed unit hot water supply flow rate is reached. With this configuration, from the start of operation of the electric pump, the water detection means measures the time it takes to initially detect the passage of hot water, so that the amount of hot water supplied is as specified in advance. Since the capacity of the electric pump can be controlled according to the time, hot water can be supplied at a constant flow rate regardless of the amount of water remaining in the water heater.

First, when the switch 12 is turned on, the electric pump 8 is activated and air is sent into the inner cylinder 2 through the communication pipe 10.11. As a result, the pressure inside the inner cylinder 2 increases, and the hot water previously heated by the heater 6 moves up the hot water supply pipe 7, passes through the water detection means 9 and 9', and is supplied to the outside. At this time, after the electric pump 8 is activated, hot water is detected by the water detection means 9, 9.
Assuming that the capacity of the electric pump 8 is constant, the time it takes for water to pass through '' changes depending on the water level in the inner cylinder 2, as shown in the graph on the right side of Figure 2, and the amount of hot water supplied per unit time also changes greatly. . However, if the time taken for the water to pass through the water detection means 9, 9' is measured and the capacity of the electric pump 8 is changed according to the measured time, that is, the water detection means 9,
If the time to pass 9' is earlier than the predetermined value, the capacity of the electric pump 8 is reduced, and conversely, if the time is slower than the predetermined value, the capacity of the electric pump 8 is increased to increase the amount of hot water supplied per unit time. Changes can be prevented, and the amount of hot water supplied per unit time can be kept constant as a whole. The graph on the left side of FIG. 2 shows these relationships.

As shown in FIG. 3, when hot water passes through the water detection means 9, 9', the electrical resistance between the pair of electrodes 9, 9' changes greatly. The time is calculated by the time calculation means 13, and the amount of current applied to the electric pump 8 is changed by the pump control means 14 in order to change the capacity of the electric pump 8 according to the calculated time.

As described above, according to the embodiment of the present invention, the electric pump capacity is changed depending on the time it takes for hot water to pass through the water detection means 9, 9' provided in the hot water supply pipe Y, thereby increasing the water level. A stable amount of hot water can be obtained without being affected by changes.

Effects of the Invention As described above, according to the present invention, from the start of operation of the electric pump, the water detection means provided inside the hot water supply pipe measures the time it takes to detect the passage of hot water, and detects the water as instructed in advance. Since the capacity of the electric pump is controlled according to the above-mentioned time so that the amount of hot water supplied is the same, the specified amount of hot water can be obtained without being affected by fluctuations in the water level. There is something.
