Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable to perform a checking, repairs and an observation in an extremely effective manner by a method wherein an oil flow indicator is provided on the oil feeding tube located between the upper outlet valve and the upper inlet of an oil-filled electric apparatus, and an oil pump is provided between the lower inlet valve and the lower outlet of the oil-filled electric apparatus. CONSTITUTION:An oil flow indicator 6 is attached to the oil piping 4 located between the upper outlet valve 3 and the upper inlet of an oil-filled electric apparatus 1. An oil pump 8 is provided between the lower outlet of the cooler 5 and the lower inlet valve of the oil-filled electric apparatus 1. According to this constitution, as the oil flow indicator 8 is positioned at the point apart far away from the pump 8, no effect of the eddy current and the local flow caused by the pump is received, and the indicator can detect the oil current having almost no turbulent flow. The construction of the cooling device can be simplified, its performance can be remarkably improved, and an abnormal condition can be detected even when it is in operation with closed valves 3 and 10. As the oil flow indicator 6 is provided at the point where the oil flow is extremely stable, the value indicated by the oil-flow indicator is correct, and dialy checking items can also be reduced.

[Background of the Invention Technique 1fj] In general, in an oil-filled electrical appliance such as an oil-immersed transformer, in addition to the oil-filled electrical appliance 1 shown in FIG. 5. The oil flow indicator 6, oil pump 8, and lower valve 10 are connected to the lower oil pipe 4 and the intermediate oil pipe 7.
, are arranged in sequence with lower oil pipes 9 interposed therebetween, and heat loss caused by the operation of the oil-filled appliance 1 is cooled by sending the oil in the oil-filled appliance 1 to the cooler 5 by operating the oil pump 8.

The oil pump 8 is installed at a location near the floor below the oil-powered appliance 1 in order to perform daily inspections such as operation noise, periodic inspections such as hair ring replacement, and repairs. In addition, an oil flow indicator 6 that displays the oil flow status of the oil pump 8 is also installed at the bottom of the oil-filled electrical appliance 1 in order to monitor the indicator.

In this way, the oil flow indicator 6, oil pump 8, and lower valve 10 are arranged in series below the cooler 5 in the cooling system for the oil-powered appliance 1, in order to ensure the normal operation of the oil flow indicator 6. In order to obtain this, a straight pipe portion without turbulent oil flow is required before and after the oil flow indicator 6.

That is, at the upstream side of the oil flow indicator 6, there is turbulence that occurs when the oil flows from the oil box of the cooler 5 to the oil pipe, and at the downstream side -C of the oil flow indicator 6, there is a turbulent flow that occurs when the oil flows from the oil box of the cooler 5 to the oil pipe. There are turbulences caused by the rotation of the car and these make the flow in the oil flow indicator 6 very complicated.

On the other hand, in order to eliminate the negative effects caused by such a phenomenon, it is possible to lengthen the piping between the lower part of the cooler 5 and the suction port of the oil pump 8. It is almost impossible to realize this because of various problems, such as the need to make the upper oil pipe 4 a strangely shaped oil pipe that tends to trap air, and to make the servitor 2 of the oil-filled electric appliance 1 higher. Therefore, it is geometrically extremely difficult to attach the oil flow indicator 6 to an oil pipe with few straight pipes, catch the oil flow condition, and transmit it to the outside, so a complicated transmission mechanism is required. . In addition, if the upper and lower valves at the inlet and outlet of the oil-powered electric appliance 1 are operated incorrectly and the oil pump 8 is operated with the valves closed, the rotation of the impeller may cause a localized flow due to a vortex near the pump suction port to cause an oil flow indicator. There is a problem that 6 is indicated as a normal flow.

[Summary of the Invention] In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention provides an oil flow indicator in the oil pipe connecting the upper outlet valve of the oil-filled electric appliance and the upper inlet of the cooler, and It is characterized in that an oil pump is provided between the valve and the lower outlet of the cooler.

That is, as shown in FIG. 2, the oil flow indicator 6, which was provided below the cooler 5 and close to the oil pump 8 in the conventional device shown in FIG. The oil flow indicator 6 is attached to the oil pipe 4 that connects the upper outlet valve of the electric appliance 1 and the upper inlet of the cooler 5. In this case, the oil pump 8 will be provided between the lower outlet of the cooler 5 and the lower artificial valve of the oil-powered electric appliance 1, as shown in FIG.

With this configuration, the oil flow indicator 6 is attached to the oil pipe 4 far away from the oil pump 8.
It is not affected by vortices or local currents caused by the operation of the Therefore, the oil flow indicator 6 that simply catches the average oil flow (with almost no turbulence) flowing in the pipe is sufficient, and the structure of the oil flow indicator 6 can be made simple, making it inexpensive and of high quality. Can be used. In addition, since it operates with less turbulent oil flow, not only the performance is greatly improved, but also the upper and lower valves of electrical appliances.
Even if the oil pump 8 is operated by accidentally closing the oil flow indicator 6, the oil flow indicator 6 can be used to easily detect an abnormality.

The movement of the oil flow indicator 6 is essentially to check the rotational direction of the oil pump 8, and to check for wiring connection errors when the oil pump 8 is installed or reinstalled due to bearing or gasket replacement. Therefore, once the oil pump 8 is in operation, there is no need to monitor it in particular. This is because the insulating oil of the oil-filled electrical appliance 1 is clean with controlled moisture and gas amounts, and there is almost no foreign matter mixed in, so fluctuations in the oil flow are completely unthinkable. Further, even if the oil flow fluctuates, the contacts of the oil flow indicator 6 can operate to notify the abnormality. Therefore, there is little need to install the oil flow indicator 6 below the oil-filled electrical appliance 1 for daily inspection, and in particular, install the oil flow indicator 6 at a location where the oil flow is extremely stable as described above. If installed, there will be less fluctuation in oil flow and the indicated value will be accurate.
Furthermore, the need for daily inspections is eliminated, and the number of items to be inspected in daily inspections can be reduced.

For example, as shown in FIG. 3, the oil flow indicator 6 can be attached to the side or bottom surface of the upper oil pipe 4 so that the indicated value can be seen from below the oil-filled electrical appliance 1. In this case, inspection work, etc., becomes easier even when checking the indicated value of the oil flow indicator.
