Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the pintle of a flap from wearing at an earlier time, by automatically operating the flap in association with a main rudder without specifically providing a drive source for the flap. CONSTITUTION:A pressure receiving fixture 7 extending upward from the top end of a flap 2, is provided with a horizontally overhaging section 7A which extends exceeding the center axis XX of a pintle 9A toward a position below a solid pin 4. The upper half section of the overhanging section 7A is clamped between a pair of links 5a', 5b' constituting a flap drive mechanism. The length lof the overhanging section 7A is made twice times as large as the distance (a) between the front edge 7F of the pressure receiving fixture 7 and the center axis XX of the pintle 9A. The pair of links 5a', 5b' is formed in an L-like shape, and the solid pin 4 and a rotary block 6 are positioned at a lever higher than that of the overhanging section 7A of the pressure receiving fixture 7. Since the flap 2 are driven through the links 5a', 5b', the pressure exerted to the pintle may be made equal to the pressure of the sea water, thereby the pintle may be prevented from wearing.

[By the way, I looked at the history of the VCi, and found that the bolts that connect the flaps to the main rudder were surprisingly worn out.The flap bolts were 7 [2] One of the reasons why it wears out during the season is that it wears out during the 11th season.
Small angle maneuver 1. IL time ((added to the flap sea)
Excessive pressure, which is several times the pressure of '1<, may be applied to the bottle. Invention of the present invention [recording layer 1
N'E IC is a problem for this camp that was announced!
(The present invention C) aims to fix the flaps to the main rudder Vc without causing any wear and tear on the flaps. ((Special ICffi <iJI source without installing one flap that automatically operates IC in conjunction with the upper rudder)
The goal is to obtain the best possible rudder. According to the present invention, the main rudder is rotatably attached to the hull via the rudder shaft, the main rudder is rotatably attached to the main rudder 1+li'-α, the tail end 1 is attached to the hull, and the flap is attached to the ship's stern direction. ] / The device is slidably engaged with a passive metal fitting that protrudes from the - end of the flap toward -. 11F1
・J equipped with a flag consisting of a horizontal link with one end rotatably connected to a vertical belibin, and a drive mechanism.
I4E, the passive metal fitting engaged with the fork 4115'I- extends in the 4th direction of the ship beyond the bintle connecting the flag to the main KeVl, and extends from the centerline of the bintle to the bow side 1 and the stern 1111. The rudder is characterized by having an overhang extending approximately equidistantly from 111 to f.
l, 7:). Now, an embodiment of the deer according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawing. 1.1 Fig.2 A conventional rudder 30 is shown consisting of an end 1 (a pivotally mounted flap 2);
I'm here. The bow $ r) Ic hanging bracket] 9 is attached to the hull 16 at just 1 from the center line XX of the bintles 9A and 9B. The center line YY of the hanging fitting 19 is placed on the longitudinal center plane π of the hull, and the joint flange 21aV at the lower end of the fitting 190
The flange 21b of the vertical pin 4 is bolted. As shown in Figures 1 and 2a, the vertical pin 4 is provided with a flange 22 at a predetermined distance from the upper end, and a lower part 11 of the flange 22 is provided.
It is equipped with a finishing surface of a predetermined height. As shown in Figure 2b, the rotating block 6 is made of a rectangular hexahedron with a rectangular or square horizontal cross section, and has two cylindrical cavities along the vertical center line, with a bush 23 on the inner surface of the hollow tij+. The rotating block 6 is tightened with the upper and lower ends ((washer) 8 applied, vertical pin 4θ) finished part iy i+>2 old 2 nuts) 17 (Fig. 2a). 3a, 36 As shown in Figure 1, a pair of narrow band-like glues, 5a and 5b, are attached to the right end ((the adjacent part is attached to the rotating block 60 11111 K bolt 8Vc). In addition, the pair of links 5q, 5/I have tie bolts 13a, 13h, I, lr:

It can be installed freely (with the main link, the 1st bar is 1 stand)
It does not have to be C method σ). As shown in Figures 1 and 6, the pressure-receiving metal fitting 7 is attached near the tail end of the flap 2 (l) in the front rudder 3o. Assume that it is rotated around the rudder shaft 3 by τ, and the distance e2 between the vertical 11 bin 4 and the bin 9A remains unchanged,
Assuming that the pressure of the NI water applied to the flag 2 is applied to the links 5a and 5h at approximately the center of the length of the pressure receiving fitting 7, and its size is P, then The moment of 4 festivals becomes pH-R12. However, 11 is the distance between the vertical pin 4 and the center point of the pressure receiving fitting 7, and R is the pressure applied to the bottle 9A. Therefore, R1: pH/12 ・value 1) Tona7-I. As shown in Figures 1 and 6, the vertical pin 4 and bottle 9A
When and are close to each other, e2 is small and the ability to manipulate 1. I know it's Rokoto. Figure 4 shows the rudder of the present invention, in which the pressure-receiving metal fitting 7 extending upward from the upper end of the flap 2 crosses the central axis XX of the pintle 9A and extends horizontally at the bottom of the vertical pin 4. The upper half of the water mower overhanging portion 7A is held between the links 5 cl and 5 h' of the pair of forces at a length of 1t.

It is formed into an L-shape in order to advance to the pressure receiving fitting 7. lt
It is placed at a higher level than minute 7A. Receiver 11:, such an overhang item 5 on the metal fitting 7. ) 7 By providing A, the value of l + / (32) in the above equation (1) becomes 1, and from n ro to Bintle 9 A, λ1 i + 7

Therefore, a vertical hole 26 is bored in the overhanging portion 7A of the pressure receiving fitting 7. Also, in order to obtain sufficient space above the vertical hole 26, an IC IJ is provided.
Nk5 a! , 5 b' is the rotating block 6 vc
The lower end of the L-shaped lever 27 that has been removed 1i (which is rotatably connected via the joint pin 28, 1 pair + 7 when desired)
Link 51.5 rotates clockwise around articulation pin 28 A
The pressure-receiving fitting 7 can be removed from the overhang 1η13 minutes 7A by rotating it. Figure 6 (As shown in C, the flap 2 has a pair of links 5a.
, 5b through the vertical pin 4 in the vertical plane ((because it is always held, the main rudder) is rotated by an angle α, the flap 2 is at an angle β relative to the main rudder IK. The angle β changes depending on the distance dVC between the rudder +m+3 and the vertical pin 4.As described above, according to the present invention 1, the pressure receiving fitting 7 has a length extending in the bow direction. Central axis XX of the central bottle 9A
A matching overhanging portion 7A is provided, and a pair of links 5 cl sandwich this overhanging portion 7A. Since the flap 2 is moved RK by 5b', the bottle 9
Assume that the pressure applied to A is equal to 2 V (the pressure of the river water applied), and there is no way that it will increase by 1 so, 1-, so the current rudder is 4. Bintle's IQ improves during wear and tear.
