フック部を形成した複数個の脚片を固着し、このホイー
ルカバ一本体を前記脚片のフック部とディスクホイール
の外側のリム内周縁に形成した環状溝の縁部に弾性係着
して取付けるようにした構造において、前記脚片にフッ
ク部と隣接して、先端に彎曲部を有し前記フック部より
も前方に突出すると共に先端彎曲部の突出高が前記フッ
ク部先端より高く成形されて、前記環状溝の溝底部分に
収容されるガイドフック部を一体成形したことを特徴と
