を微分することによりその前縁部分を微分したパルス出
力を発生する第1の微分回路と、この第1微分回路の出
力信号発生時にのみリセットされて電源出力を積分する
第1積分回路と、この第1積分回路の出力信号が第1の
基準値に達するまでの期間に於いてのみ出力を発生する
第1比較器と、この第1比較器の出力信号に対する前縁
部分を微分してパルス出力を発生する第2微分回路と、
前記第1微分回路の出力信号と前記第2微分回路の出力
信号との一致期間に於いてリセットされた後に電源出力
を積分する第2積分回路と、この第2積分回路の出力信
号が前記第1の基準値よりもレベルの高い第2の基準値
に達するとリセット出力を発生する第2の比較器とを設
けたことを特徴とするマイクロコンピュータ用暴走検出
