Abstract

PURPOSE:To make the device inexpensive and shorten the time of rise-up to a predetermined temperature by a method wherein atomized fuel is burnt with blue flame by utilizing one set of burner ignited instantaneously. CONSTITUTION:When a combustion command is outputted, air, from a fan 1, flows into an evaporating chamber 7 through a burner 2 and burns the fuel under flowing through an air path 10 to heat the evaporating chamber 7 and the downstream thereof. When the temperature of the evaporating chamber 7 arrives at a temperature suitable for the evaporation of the fuel, a pump 3 is stopped and the combustion is stopped immediately. After a predetermined time, the pump 3 reopens the operation thereof and the fuel is sprayed from a nozzle 4. A part of gas from a combustion chamber 13 enters into the fan 1 through a gas path 17 and is mixed with fresh air to supply it into the evaporating chamber 7 and the air path 10. According to this method, the temperature of the evaporating chamber 7 is kept at a predetermined temperature and, thereafter, the combustion is shifted to the blue flame combustion at all times. Accordingly, one burner is enough to effect the blue flame combustion, therefore, the device may be made inexpensive while the combustion chamber operates as the evaporating chamber and, therefore, the time of rise-up may be shortened.
