In this type of expansion and contraction device, the gap c is wave-shaped, so there is less tire depression and the vehicle running performance is good. However, during construction, in order to prevent concrete leakage when pouring concrete material A weir plate f is attached to the bottom of the notch step e.
It is difficult to fix the weir plate f because the bottom surface of the cutout step e is generally uneven, and the concrete plate b is attached to the front part of the weir plate f, that is, the corrugated end plate a. Since it is divided into the back part g on the convex part side and the back part h of the weir plate f, there is a drawback that the concrete strength is reduced by 4.0 mm, and there is a regret that it requires a lot of time and labor during construction.

Moreover, since it is difficult to connect the weir plate f and the corrugated end plate a without a gap, there is a drawback that the concrete material b easily enters the gap between the two.
In addition, in the past, sufficient consideration has not been given to soundproofing in this type of expansion and contraction device, and when the vehicle passes through the road joint, noise such as running sound and vibration noise is transmitted from the road through the gap c and under the bridge. Due to the structure of the railway, noise pollution to residents living along the railway line has become a major social problem.

Furthermore, waterproofing has conventionally been achieved by a telescopic plate d inserted between end plates a and a, but the expansion and contraction rates of the expandable plate d, end plate a, and concrete material b due to changes in temperature vary. Because of the differences, gaps tend to form between each member, and as a result, oil, chemicals, and other liquids that have fallen due to rainwater on the route or the collapse of passing cars in the bushes fall through these gaps to the underside of the bridge, preventing traffic from passing under the bridge. This could cause a lot of trouble to the wheels and people involved. The present invention aims to ensure soundproofing and waterproofing, for which sufficient measures have not been taken in the past, and to facilitate the construction of post-cast concrete. The purpose is to further improve the stability of the telescoping device.

That is, the present invention ensures soundproofing and waterproofing of the road joint by sealing the gap at the road joint with a gap insertion material, and also erects a corrugated end plate on top of the gap insertion material with a cushioning material interposed therebetween. The gap insertion material and the cushioning material prevent concrete from leaking when concrete is poured and concrete from entering the gaps between the end plates, thereby eliminating the need for conventional weir plates. The present invention is characterized in that the height of the upper green end of the corrugated end plate can be adjusted, and the adhesion between the corrugated end plate and the gap insertion material is improved, making construction easier.

Both corrugated end plates 7, 7 have both sides of a flexible stretchable plate 8 having a U-shaped cross section adhered to their opposing inner surfaces, and their upper edges are approximately at or above the surface height of the pavement 10. It is set at a slightly lower height, and concrete materials 11, 11 are placed on the back. The cushioning material 15 is made of elastic rubber or urethane foam and is formed in a manner that corresponds to the entire length of both corrugated end plates 7, 7 in an interlocking state, and is fixed to the bottom surface of the corrugated end plates 7, 7. ing.

During construction, as shown in Fig. 2, cutout steps 6, 6 are formed on the end faces of the concrete slabs 2, 2, and the gap insertion material 6 is placed in the gap 3 so that the upper surface is at a position slightly higher than the design height. A corrugated end plate 7, 7 having a cushioning material 15 fixed to the bottom surface and a hanging member attached to the upper edge thereof is placed on top of the space inserting material 5.

In this state, the upper green edges of the corrugated end plates 7, 7 are set to protrude upward from the surface of the pavement 10. Subsequently, the corrugated end plates 7, 7 are pushed down from above together with the gap insertion material 5 to make the upper edge of the corrugated end plates equal to or slightly lower than the surface height of the pavement 10, and the anchor bars 12
After welding the through reinforcements 13 and U-shaped reinforcements 14 to the U-shaped reinforcements 14, concrete materials 11, 11 are placed on the backs of both corrugated end plates 7, 7 so as to match the surface height of the pavement 10. The height of the corrugated end plates 7, 7 is set using the hanging member. That is, the hanging member is formed long in the bridge length direction, and the lower edges of both ends are made to extend substantially over the upper edges of the corrugated end plates 7, 7, and the corrugated end plates 7, 7 are pushed down, and the hanging member is extended. By bringing both ends into contact with the surface of the pavement 10, the upper edge of the corrugated end plates 7, 7 is brought into contact with the surface of the pavement 10.
Approximately the surface height of In this example, the play space 3 is sealed with the play space insertion material 5 and the cushion material 15 is provided thereon, so that the noise such as the running sound and vibration sound of various types of car bran passing through the road joint is reduced. Not only is it blocked by the extensible plate 8, but even if it leaks downward from the extensible plate 8, it is blocked and absorbed by the cushioning material 15 and the gap insertion material 5, so that it hardly gets transmitted to the underside of the bridge.

Furthermore, rainwater and other liquids are also completely waterproofed by the cushioning material 15 and the space inserting material 5, and do not leak under the bridge. Also, during construction, when pouring the concrete material 11, the gap insertion material 5 prevents concrete from leaking into the gap 3, and the cushioning material prevents concrete from entering the gap between the corrugated end plates 7, 7. Therefore, there is no need to install a separate weir plate, and the labor and time required for construction can be significantly reduced. In particular, the elasticity of the cushioning material 15 increases the adhesion between the corrugated end plate 7 and the gap insertion material 6, which eliminates concrete leakage. Adjustments can be made. In addition, in the above embodiment, in addition to a steel bridge in which a concrete slab 2 is cast on a steel girder, a PC (prestressed concrete)
It can also be applied to other road bridges such as bridges and RC (reinforced concrete) bridges.

Furthermore, the play space insertion material 5 may be formed of a styrene foam material other than styrene foam or a rubber material, and the cushion material 15 may also be formed of a stretchable material other than a rubber material. As described above, according to the present invention, the gap insertion material is inserted into the gap between the road joints and the cushioning material is fixed to the bottom surface of the corrugated end plate, so that the gaps are sealed. Once the noise of passing cars and the risk of rainwater and other liquids leaking under the bridge is eliminated, the gap between the corrugated end plate and the gap insert is sealed with a cushioning material, ensuring soundproofing and waterproofing, and the corrugated end. The face plate can now be applied even when the entire center is wider than the gap when facing each other, and during construction, the gap insertion material prevents concrete leakage during concrete pouring.
The cushioning material prevents concrete from entering the gaps between the corrugated end plates, eliminating the need for conventional weir plates and allowing for fine adjustment when positioning the upper edge of the corrugated end plates relative to the road surface. This has the excellent effect of simplifying the construction process.
