して誤差電圧を検出する回路の出力により、フライホイ
ールダイオードを備えた界磁巻線に接続された、主トラ
ンジスタを制御用トランジスタを介してオンオフして、
界磁電流を制御することにより電機子巻線の出力電圧の
安定化を図るようにした、自励式交流発電機 において、前記界磁巻線の一端と主トランジスタ間に直
列に界磁電流に対して順方向となるバイアス用ダイオー
ドを設け、また前記界磁巻線の両端にコレクタ・エミッ
タが接続され、ベースがバイアス用ダイオードと主トラ
ンジスタの接続点に接続され、またベースが抵抗を介し
て前記界磁巻線の他端に接続された短絡用トランジスタ
を設けると共に、ベースが前記短絡用トランジスタのコ
レクタに接続され、エミッタ・コレクタが前記界磁巻線
の他端と、前記制御用トランジスタのベースに接続され
た保護用トランジスタを設けてなる、自励式交流発電機
