サは前記管台に接続されるフランジ部と前記埋込導体を
支持する埋込導体支持部とからなっていて該埋込導体支
持部の厚みは該フランジ部の厚み以下に設定され、前記
母線支持用絶縁スペーサの埋込導体は該絶縁スペーサの
