成するとともに、当該嵌合溝底面部には磁性流体が充填
さ糺かつ永久磁石を内包する液溜溝を形成し、前記弁体
は永久磁石を内包し前記嵌合溝に適合する環状突起を有
し、この環状突起先端面に磁性流体に向けたくさび状突
起を設けて形成され、前記大気側ポートには弁体嵌合溝
に開口する補助ポートを形成したことを特徴とする真空
