ストン2と、螺子孔17と滑台状に螺子嵌合する雄ねじ
部18を設けて螺子嵌合させて挿嵌し該雄ねじ部18と
連接して円形状の鍔部19と該鍔部19の中心部に連接
して円形断面を有する嵌合部20を突出して形成した調
整ねじ4と、鍔部19と同一外径寸法を形成し、中厚リ
ング状に形成した一方のリング面にラチェツト歯形21
を設は内周面を調整ボルト4の嵌合部29に圧入固定し
ラチェツト歯形21の形成面と対向する面を鍔部19に
当接させて設けたクラッチ5と、該クラッチ5と同一外
