し、装置本体１６あ上部内側にピストンロッド２３に接
続するシート７とプランジャ８とを設けると共にシート
７とプランジャ８のばね受部２９との間にばね９を介装
し、プランジャ８の上部を装置本体１６の外端力に突出
させ、プランジャ８をクランク軸に連係されたカム３′
