A synthetic resin steam jetting head is freely rotatably attached to the tip of the swinging arm of the steamer main body, and the steam jetting head is installed at the center of the steam jetting head in response to a metal steam guide pipe passed through the center of the arm. In the device for inserting and connecting pipes, the steam ejection pipe is constituted by a metal pipe whose thermal conductivity is similar to that of the metal steam induction pipe, and the steam ejection pipe is formed in the center of a large diameter opening provided on the side of the steam ejection head. Correspondingly, there is provided a steam ejection head for a steamer, characterized in that a steam ejection tube made of the metal pipe described above is provided with a small diameter ejection nozzle that protrudes to the outside and inside of the wall of the pipe.
