って該環状体を前記放水口とその周縁部下面に圧接せし
め、さらにスピンドルを大きく下動させたとき該環状体
に係合し該環状体を放出水周縁部下面より離間させる突
部を該スピンドルの外周に形成したことを特徴とするシ
