Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain an inexpensive gas/liquid separating apparatus having a simple structure by arranging a pipe having a larger outside diameter than a blowing pipe concentrically to the outside of the blowing pipe in the inside of a vessel. CONSTITUTION:A gas/liquid mixture 17 blown into a vessel 15 through a blowing 16 is brought into a separating pipe 23. And, liq. drops having relatively smaller particle size are dropped to the bottom of the vessel 15 along the inside wall of the separating pipe 23, and liq. drops having relatively larger particle size are dropped to the bottom of the vessel 15. A gas/liquid mixture contg. fine liq. particles is blown into the vessel 15 through the separating pipe 23 and te liquid drops are dropped to the bottom of the vessel 15 by decelerating rapidly to separate the gas from the liq. completely. The separated liquid 22 is discharged to the outside of the vessel through a liquid discharging pipe 21, and the separated gas 20 is made to risee to the top of the vessel 15 and discharged to the outside of the vessel 15 through a gas discharging pipe 18.

An example of a conventional gas/liquid separation device will be explained with reference to FIG. In FIG. 1, 1 is a container, and 2 is a gas/liquid blowing pipe, whose cross section is much smaller than that of the container 1, and is suspended from the upper end of the container 1.
To the outside, the lower end inside the container 1 is provided with a number of small holes 4 through which the blown gas-liquid mixture 3 passes. Reference numeral 5 denotes a gas outlet pipe, which is installed horizontally on the upper side of the container 1, with the cross section of the tip opening 6 inside the container 1 facing upward, and is for guiding the separated gas body 7 out of the container 1. It is. A liquid outlet pipe 8 is provided at the bottom of the container 1 to lead the separated liquid S out of the container 1. Reference numeral 10 denotes a separation chamber provided in the upper part of the container 1 to separate the gas body and fine liquid. The side surface is a partition plate 11 and the bottom surface is a partition plate 11 to house the gas outlet pipe 5 provided in the upper part of the side surface of the container 1. They are each partitioned off by a partition bottom plate 12. The partition bottom plate 12 is provided with a liquid source hole 13 for refluxing the separated liquid 9 into the container 1, and an eliminator 14 for separating the gas/liquid mixture 3. The eliminator 14 is provided with a filter paper on its side, through which only the gas passes, so that the separated liquid 9 flows back into the container 1 through the liquid return hole 13.

Then, the mixture 3 that was blown out at a slow speed suddenly decreases its speed, and the liquid that had been carried by the fast flow falls to the bottom of the container 1 due to gravity and flows through the liquid outlet pipe. 8 to the outside of the container 1. The mixture of gas and fine liquid then flows into the eliminator 14 provided on the partition bottom plate 12. Then, the gas body and liquid are separated by the filter paper, and the gas body 7 passes through the filter paper, accumulates in the upper part of the separation chamber 1°, and is taken out of the container 1 via the gas outlet pipe 5. On the other hand, the liquid 9 does not pass through the filter paper, but flows back into the container 1 through the liquid return hole 13, falls to the lower part of the container 1, and flows through the liquid outlet pipe 8 into the container 1. The structure inside the container 1 is complex and has a large number of components, making it expensive, and the manufacturing process and time required for the device are too long.Furthermore, the filter paper in the eliminator 14 is contaminated with dust mixed in the mixture 3. There were drawbacks such as clogging and stopping the flow of the mixture 3.

The gas/liquid mixture 17 sent into the container 15 through the blowing pipe 16 is sent into the separation tube 23, and as it decelerates, the gas and liquid (droplets) are separated. The relatively small droplets travel along the inner wall of the separation tube 23 and enter the container j5.
The large droplets pass through the blowing pipe 16) and fall directly to the bottom of the container 15. Then, the gas/liquid mixture containing fine droplets is sent from the separation tube 23 into the container 15 and rapidly decelerated, and the droplets are transferred to the container 15.
The liquid falls to the bottom and the gas and liquid are completely separated. The separated liquid 22 is then transferred to the container 1 via the liquid outlet pipe 21.
The separated gas body 20 rises to the top of the container 15 and is taken out of the container 15 through the gas outlet pipe 18. This makes it easier to separate the gaseous body from the liquid, and eliminates the need for partition plates, partition bottom plates, eliminators, etc. Moreover, the flow of the mixture can be stopped due to filter paper clogging, etc. It disappears.

As described above, according to the present invention, the tube for separating the gas and liquid mixture is configured such that the blowing tube is the inner tube and the outer tube, which has a larger outer diameter than the inner tube, is arranged concentrically. , when the mixture falls, it is decelerated in multiple stages so that the gas and liquid can be easily separated, and since the number of component parts of the device is small, the manufacturing process and time can be improved and the device can be made at low cost. It has a positive effect.
