台上の苗が所定量以下に減少した時、該苗の減少を感知
して苗警報装置の警報回路を閉成させる苗センサーを設
け、苗警報装置のメインスイッチを上記ロック装置が可
能状態にある時にのみＯＮとなるように構成したことを
