Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily and reliably connect a lead wire by providing bar type terminals which realizes electrical connections by holding the ballast lead wires to terminal plates and a pawl with a hole or lapping pawl terminal which is provided isolatedly from said bar type terminal and connected thereto electrically. CONSTITUTION:The terminals 7, 8 are provided with bar type terminals 25, 26 for holding ballast coils 22, 23 to connect and fix them and pawl terminal 20 with hole or lapping terminal 21 isolated from said bar type terminals and connected thereto electrically. The end part of connecting line 13 is inserted to a hole of pawl terminal 20 with hold of terminal plate 7 and the circumference of hole is pressed from the upper side for connection and fixing. The other end part of a luminous tube lead wire 16 is lapped to the lapping pawl terminal 21 of terminal plate 8 and the lapping pawl terminal 21 is pressed from the upper side for connection and fixing. After this process, soldering is carried out in the periphery of the terminal 20 and terminal 21 to make further reliable the connection and fixing, thereby completing the processes.
