皿状をしたプラスチック製カバーと同じくフランジ上下
面が平坦な円筒状をしたプラスチック製ケーシングの結
合端がハウジングの略中央部分で結合されるものは、加
圧溶着装層を用いて溶着させる場合カバーのフランジ上
面とケーシングのランジ下面とに加圧治具を当接し、プ
ラスチック接合面を落着させる。そしてフランジ外周縁
の平坦部分においては、十分な加圧力によってプラスチ
ックは熔着されるが、フランジ内周側においては周壁に

させる形状を有するケーシング用捨具をケーシングに挿
設した後、カバー用捨具を振動、カバー用浴具を加圧し
ながらフランジ面全周に且つて熔着する製造方法であり
