Claims

a torch support supporting a welding torch; a substrate having first and second arc-shaped guide grooves each having a small radius and a large radius centered on a reference aiming point of the torch; and a substrate provided on the support. The first and second protrusions are movably fitted into the guide grooves, respectively, and the speed ratio of the first and second protrusions is equal to the reciprocal of the radius ratio of the guide grooves. A torch angle control device for a welding torch, comprising first and second driving means for rotating the torch around a reference aiming point, and a fixing means for fixing the support at a predetermined position.
