との紙検知時間のずれから用紙の搬送速度を演算し、こ
の演算された搬送速度に基づき第１センサによる用紙検
知後のフィードローラの駆動時間を制御する回路を設け
、その場合上記駆動時間の制御がレジストローラに当接
して待機する用紙に一定のたるみを付すように選択され
