a permanent magnet, a fixed yoke coupled to the permanent magnet, an electromagnetic coil coupled to the fixed yoke to generate a magnetic force of opposite polarity to that of the permanent magnet, and attracted to the fixed yoke by the magnetic force of the permanent magnet. a movable body; a spring connected to the movable body to urge the movable body to move away from the fixed yoke when the magnetic force of the electromagnetic coil is generated; and a spring formed at opposing ends of the fixed yoke and the movable body, respectively.
