内周壁のほぼ中間位置に段部１２を設けると共に前記弁
座１０の上方には、下端部に回転自在に保持された球状
弁体７を有する逆凸状の移動ブロック６をその肩Ｂと前
記弁ケーシングの段部１２との間に、複数のス゛リット
を有する円板状の板バネ５を介在させて上下動可能に支
