Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、丁作機械に係る金属加工に用いる切削油並び
に研削油にｌ配合する安定化二酸化塩素剤に関するもの
である。
従来この柿の金（・Ｊ４加功に於いて切削油並びに研削
油を用い切断又は［２Ｊ削、錐加工、研削、シェービン
グ、やすり掛り等の几ゆる機械加工の作業で生じるバク
テリア類の発生が余儀なく防除に舅慮する現状である。
本発明は、＋ｆｉＪ述の良を改良する目的に於いて環境
保全と改善を推進する為に切削油並びに研削油等に安定
化二酸化塩素（Ｃ工♂）を使用適度に濃度をうずめ配合
し使用する装置である。
要するに、該安定化二酸化塩素はスタビリライズド・ク
ロライン・ディオキサイド等を成分とする水溶液又は顆
粒状である。
殊に此の特効は、強い酸化剤として防除剤、消臭剤、防
腐剤、滅菌剤としての併用効果を有し而も無味、無色、
無毒であ為に几ゆる溶液又は粉末剤と配合使用が出来る
もので本発明に係る金属加工の課程で生じるバクテリア
、菌類は速かに防除する浄化能力を有するもので洗練さ
れた加工をより推進に貢献する顕著な発明装置である。

  1. 金属加工に用いる切削？ｔｌｌ　１ｌ１２びに研削油等
    に配合する本発明に係る安定化二酸化塩素（。ＩＯ′２
    Ｉはスタビリライズド　クロライン　ディオキサイド等
    を成分とする水溶液又は顆粒状を使用適度にうすめ用い
    る装置。
