Claims (1)
密的に嵌合してなる密閉シェル内に複数のダイアフラム
ピストンを前後方向に同軸的に配設して作動的に連結し
てなり、かつこれら各ダイアフラムピストンにおけるダ
イアフラムの外周ビード部のそれぞれを前記密閉シェル
の内周壁に気密的に係止して同密閉シェル丙を負圧が付
与される定圧室と同定圧室および大気に選択的に連通ず
る変圧室に区画してなり、これら両室間の圧力差により
前記各ダイアフラムピストンにおける少なくとも前方側
のダイアフラムピストンを軸方向前方へ移動させるよう
にしたブレーキ倍力装置において、前記両シェルのいず
れか一方を、他方のシェルの開口端側へ拡開してその開
口端周縁部が前記他方のシェルの開口端周縁部に達しそ
の内部に嵌合される枕型形状に形成し、同シェルの開口
端周縁部とその内周壁部における径方向の中間部位に前
記各ダイアフラムの外周ビード部のそれぞれが係止され
る環状凹所を設けて、これら各環状凹所に前記各ダイア
フラムの外周ビード部のそれぞれを気密的に係止したこ
とを特徴とするブレーキ倍力装置。A plurality of diaphragm pistons are disposed coaxially in the front and back direction within a sealed shell formed by airtightly fitting opposite ends of a front shell and a rear shell that face each other, and are operatively connected.
