Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the ability to store ejected forms from becoming abnormal owing to the influence of static electricity by making a part of a storage device for ejected forms conductive and connecting it to a main machine frame electrically. CONSTITUTION:Conductive tapes 6 are stuck to the bottom surface of the storage device 1 for ejected forms in a lattice shape and some of them extend from the bottom surface to the back surface of the storage device 1 each at one part; elastic bodies 4 with conductivity made of, for example, urethane rubber are interposed between the back surface and tape. The conductive tapes 6 at the positions where the elastic bodies 4 of the storage device 1 are attached to an attachment member 5 in contact with the main frame of a copying machine, etc. Therefore, ejected forms and the main machine frame are connected together electrically, so electrostatic charges of the ejected forms move to the main frame of the copying machine through the conductive tapes 6 to remove the electrostatic charges from the forms.

Therefore, in the conventional ejected paper storage device, a suction phenomenon occurs especially between the first ejected paper and the paper storage device, and the following paper collides with the first ejected paper, causing it to bend. However, they had the disadvantage that they were sometimes stored with the front and back reversed, resulting in poor storage capacity.

As described above, in the present invention, at least a part of the portion of the ejected paper storage device that comes into contact with the paper is made conductive, and when the ejected paper storage device is inserted into the main body of a copying machine or the like,
Since the conductive portion is electrically connected to the main body of the machine, the first ejected paper and the paper storage device are attracted to each other, and the following paper collides with the first ejected paper, causing it to fold. It has the advantage of being able to prevent it from being bent or stored upside down.
