Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 スポット溶接に用いられる溶接電極に所定位置で自動的
    に研磨する装置であって、 基台により水平面内で進退動可能かつ旋回可能に支持さ
    れ、旋回部分に上記溶接電極の端面を研磨する研磨手段
    が設けられたドレッサ本体と、該ドレッサ本体の両側で
    、一端が基台に、他端がドレッサ本体に連結されて、ド
    レッサ本体を進退動および旋回させるための一対のシリ
    ンダと、上記ドレッサ本体の研磨手段の近くに設けられ
    、前進方向に向つｔ広がる略■字状の案内面を有し、上
    記ドレッサ本体の前進時、上記溶接電極に当接して研磨
    手段の軸心が溶接電極の軸心と一致するようにドレッサ
    本体を旋回させるガイド部材と、上記ガイド部材に設け
    られたセンサーにより、研磨手段と溶接電極の軸心の一
    致が検出されたとき、上記シリンダをロックする制御手
    段とで成、ることを特徴とする溶接電極自動研磨装置。
