Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent color mixing in multi-color printing due to pressing, by providing an emulsion having a specific spread meter limit value between different color inks provided on cardboard for screen printing. CONSTITUTION:A W/O type emulsion of which ''the one min value'' is 37 or less by a spread meter and which consists of liquid oil and fat, water and an emulsifier is provided between a plurality of different color inks provided on the base paper for screen printing to prevent the color mixing between the different color inks. The liquid oil and fat are used in order to obtain the W/O type emulsion and any kinds of liquid oil and fat can be used. The emulsifier is used in order to emulsify liquid oil and fat and water and any kinds of emulsifiers can be used, among which one with HLB of 8 or less is especially pref. ''The one min value'' of 37 or less by the spread meter means that the diameter of a specimen obtained when one min is elapsed after 1cc of the specimen is measured according to usual operation by using a transparent plate is 37mm. or less.

Traditionally, stencil printing uses base paper that is perforated by heating, or perforated with a ballpoint pen or stylus, etc., and ink is placed between the base paper and an impermeable sheet, and it is printed from the impermeable notebook surface. By applying pressure, the ink is transferred from the perforated portion to the printing paper. In recent years, ink has become highly viscous and many sheets have to be printed, so the ink layer becomes thicker. As a result, color mixing occurs between the inks, resulting in printed matter that is significantly different from the original printed matter.

In order to solve this problem, a method has been considered in which a sponge-like material with an adhesive part on one side is cut out and pasted on the base paper to block the ink from different colors, but ■cutting and pasting is time-consuming. It's a hassle. ■If you cut it too thinly, it will be difficult to stick and it will be difficult to use it on detailed areas. ■When making corrections, peel it off to easily damage the original paper. ■There was a problem that once ink was applied, it could not be applied immediately.

Therefore, the inventors of the present invention have conducted intensive research to solve the above problem, and as a result, (1) it can be easily placed between the inks; ■It can be made thick or thin and can be used for details. ■Corrections can be easily made by wiping them off. ■W10 type that satisfies the condition that it can be used immediately even when ink is applied, if the ink is removed, has an F1 minute value d (described later) using a spread meter of 37 or less, and is made of at least liquid oil, water, and emulsifier. They discovered a composition consisting of an emulsion and completed the present invention.

Since the composition for preventing color mixture for stencil printing of the present invention is a liquid colorless composition, it can be easily used for small details by filling it into a tube or any other container and extruding it during use. By placing the ink between the inks below, the ink cannot move any further.

Most liquid oils and fats can be used to obtain a W10 type emulsion by mixing with water, but specific examples include machine oil, spindle oil, motor oil, kerosene, and sump oil. Most emulsifiers can be used, but those with an HLB of 8 or less are preferred. Specific examples include sorbitan monooleate, sorbitan thioleate, sorbitan trioleate, and sorbitan sesquioleate.

7 In the present invention, if the "1 minute value" measured by a spread meter is 37 or less, it means that the sample ICC is normally measured using a spread meter (manufactured by Tester Sangyo) using a transparent plastic plate (weight: 115'?, material: Niacrylic resin). This means that the diameter of the sample after 1 minute measured by the above operation is 37 mm or less.
