    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. コンベアーを出入させる被洗浄物の入口軸よび出口に臨
    ませて洗浄槽内にエアカーテンを形成し、このエアーカ
    ーテンの流動気体を洗浄槽内の気体を循環させることに
    より形成するとともに入口と出口との間に形成した蒸気
    槽の外周に上方への気体の噴出口を設け、この噴出方向
    に臨ませて蒸気の凝縮部を形成したことを特徴とする洗
    浄装置。
