ス器を作動させ、現金支払等を行なうものである。この

りなっているため、悪用する他人が秘密番号を数回繰返
しキーインセットすることにより正しい番号と合うこと
がある（現在のキャッジ−ディスペンサは、記憶間違い
又はキーインミス等を考慮して、複数回のキーインセッ
トが可能）、、更に、近頃は職業意識の自覚、モラルの
低下も伴い金融機関の現場担当者とかコンピー−ター操
作員等自体が悪用することもあり、１００係不正使用を
