  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　所定間隔をおいて対峙する一対のサイドヨークと該
    サイドヨークの中間に位置するセンターポールを有する
    磁性体からなるＥ形ヨークと、°　　　前記サイドヨー
    クのセンターポールと対向する面に保持された永久磁石
    と、前記センターポールと永久磁石の間に介装された可
    動コイルとを備えた電磁駆動装置において、前記永久磁
    石の表面および前記サイドヨークの表面に当接する非磁
    性材料からなる保護兼固定部材を前記サイドヨークに着
    脱自在に装着したことを特徴とする電磁駆動装置！ ２　保護兼固定部材のセンターポールと対向する部分の
    厚さを他の部分の厚さよりも小さくしたことを特徴とす
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の電磁駆動装置。
