Claims

[Scope of utility model registration request]

(1) A tape measure whose leading part is magnetic.

(2) The tape measure according to claim 1, wherein the magnetism of the leading portion of the tape measure body is provided by a thin rubber magnet affixed to the front or back surface of the tape measure body.

(3) The tape measure according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the tape measure body has a hook made of a rigid magnetic material at the tip thereof.

(4) The tape measure according to claim 3, wherein the surface of the rubber magnet is covered with a thin layer of release material.

(5) The tape measure according to any one of registered claims 1 to 4, wherein the tape measure body is a convex rule.
