    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 上端部にフランジが取付けられたステアリングコラムと
    、このステアリングコラムの中心部を貫通し上端が前記
    フランジ面より突出して配置されたステアリング軸と、
    このステアリング軸の突出部に取付けられたステア１！
    ングホイールと、このステアリングホイール中央部上方
    の前記フランジ面と対向する位置で前記ステアリング軸
    の上端に回動可能に取付けられた操作盤とで構成し、前
    記操作盤と前記フランジの対向部に磁気拘束手段を配置
    して前記操作盤をハンドルの回動操作にかわらず常に前
    記フランジ上に静止保持させることを特徴とする自動車
    のハンドル機構。
