Reference numeral 1 designates the stator core, 2 the Seki-no-Kyo core material, 3 the inner diameter of the stator, 4 the slot, 5 the tightening bolt hole, 6 the R section, 7 the winding, and 8 the back of the core. The majority of conventional general-purpose motors are induction motors, and in order to ensure a certain degree of efficiency, the stator 1 is made of a laminated core material 2 made by punching a thin diatom steel plate with a press in order to reduce vortex flow loss.
A stator core 1 is formed by laminating a plurality of sheets to exhibit performance according to the purpose of use. A large number of 7-metal windings are stored in the slots 4 of the stator core 1 according to the purpose, and they are fixed to the frame using the tightening bolt holes 5. The same material is punched inside the stator inner diameter 3 and laminated in the same way. It has a die-cast or wound rotor and is widely used as a drive source for general machinery. However, since there is a tightening bolt hole 5 provided on the outer periphery of the stator core 1, the back part 8 of the core is reduced, so that the magnetic flux a degree becomes high and the loss increases.

The stator core is attached to the frame through tightening bolt holes in the shaped laminated core, ensuring an effective distance at the back of the stator core and reducing the stator installation space.

F is the R part, 18 is the winding, and 19 is the back of the core. The motor core 11 according to the embodiment of the present invention has a substantially rectangular laminated core material 1.
2 and a laminated core material 13'f having rounded portions at the four corners: It is formed by laminating a plurality of identical sheets, but the punching holes 20r generated during press punching are bonded and laminated facing each other, and baths at multiple locations are formed. The stator core 11 is formed by laminating and fixing the parts 21 and 21. At this time, by making the outer diameter D2 of the laminated core material 13 with the R part 1 at the four corners and the outer diameter D The actual dimensions of the core back part 19 of the stator 11 of the present invention are larger than the core back part 8, and the magnetic flux density becomes lower, and the punching strain that occurs when the tightening bolt holes are formed in the punching press can be eliminated. Therefore, eddy current loss and hysteresis can be reduced. The stator core 11 is attached to a frame or the like using tightening bolt holes provided at the four corners of the substantially rectangular laminated core material 12. Therefore, there is an advantage that the outer diameter can be completely reduced in the same section as the conventional one, and the shape of the frame can also be reduced.

ある。According to the present invention, as a method of increasing the efficiency without changing the material dripping of the diatom steel plate, the objective is achieved by laminating an approximately rectangular multilayered core material and a laminated core material with one layer of thickness at the four corners for half a time. This has the advantage that the stator mounting dimensions can be reduced while maintaining the same efficiency.
