Claims (1)
- 消、弧剤を充填した筒形がい管の一方の端面に開口を設
け、接着剤を注入して前記消弧剤を固着した後前記開口
を封鎖した筒形ヒユーズにおいて、他方の端面に水分透
過膜を張り付けた開口を設けて、一方の開口から前記接
着剤を注入し固着したのち両端をキャップで封鎖したこ
、とを特徴とする筒形ヒ早ニズ。
